• BMW ATA Master Technician Certification 

• IMI Level Four with GEN Five qualification

• DSE qualification (Training provided if required)

• To support and review processes within the aftersales business where change and enhancement can improve the level of service we deliver.

• Help guide and support others with technical matters and assist in the development and skill set within the workshop

• To oversee and mentor apprentices in the workshop.

• To engage with BMW UK on future pilots schemes and technical enhancements.

• To assist with TSARA and Teile clearing and Repair clearing concerns.
