We realise this may be a new process for our customers, so want to give you all the information you need. We have created a set of promises from us as a business to ensure you are confident when transacting with us and also to understand what the process will look like and what you can expect.
You can now browse, reserve, finance and organise collection of your new BMW from the comfort of your home, with complete convenience. We have designed our Park Lane service to give you the ability to do this all when it suits you and in a way that suits you best. 
We understand that buying a car is an exciting but potentially stressful time. So we want you to know our main priority is to provide a simple and seamless process from you searching online for a vehicle, to coming in for a test drive and completing all the paperwork online to collecting the keys for your new BMW.
Simplicity is the key, and here at Park Lane we want you to know we have redesigned our entire process with simplicity in mind.

The process of collecting your car has just got easier.
We have outlined the key stages here for you, so there's no surprises on the big day, and just the excitement of a new BMW that awaits you.
  • Liaise with your Sales Executive to book a slot your handover at a time & date to suit
  • Receive confirmation of your booking slot alongside a host of videos/guides to familiarise you with your new vehicle
  • At the same time receive our Park Lane Handover Pack with information on our Service Centres, Rewards Scheme and Online Community
  • Prior to your handover, complete all necessary paperwork digitally and at your convenience
  • Your car will be pre-fuelled and any accessories you have purchased will be fitted to the vehicle for you
  • We go through a thorough process to ensure your car is clean and ready for your collection
  • Arrive at Park Lane at your allocated time to meet your dedicated Handover Partner
  • Collect your new car from our handover area with a secure and contactless key exchange.  At this point we will also receipt your part exchange and answer any final questions you may have regarding your purchase
  • Your car is cleaned, prepared and sanitised across all key touch points, ready for you to collect
  • Then drive away happy with our pre-booked virtual handover follow-up, ask any questions to our team from the comfort of your driveway. Perfect for checking you have everything you need

You will notice some changes to how you have purchased a car previously but we hope you like the simplicity and ease of business in our new offering. Have complete control and comfort in your purchase with our 48 hour Money-Back Promise and our 30 Day No Quibble Vehicle Exchange 

  • Once you have received your Approved Used BMW, if you discover any technical faults or concerns with the condition of your vehicle, we promise to resolve this within 48 hours or offer your full invoice cost back and have the vehicle collected from your home address.
  • Should you realise within the first 30 days that your approved used car does not meet your usage requirements we will happily exchange it for a replacement car. Simply choose a replacement car from our extensive range of Approved Used Cars and for a simple fee of £1,000 which we will adjust out of the price you paid for your current car you can purchase a replacement vehicle from us. We do only allow this once per transaction, but we hope this provides you with full peace of mind when buying your approved car remotely from us.
