Everything done professionally and to high standard. A vast contrast to Park Royal who not only managed to drop my car off the ramp when it was there damaging two doors, but also uninformed staff members.

actual service was great but I scheduled the service and just days before the appointment the BMW team realized the service I needed (an MOT check) wasn't what they had scheduled me for. Surely computer systems should have known this in advance.

Waste of time, unnecessary waste expenditure and lack of attention to detail and customer service. Not sure I want to continue with them as my service partner. I'm changing my car and may use a different bmw branch.
