Matthew at Park Lane was exceptional from start to finish. He knows the vehicles (and financing) inside and out, his manner was calm, and completely non-pushy. He spent a huge amount of time on the process without ever seeming like he was in a rush

The recent closure of other BMW Service Centres has created pressure on the service at this branch unacceptably. The queue to drop off my car was unacceptable. Everything was pressured. Not the fault of the excellent staff.

Nicki and Alvin continue to provide a peerless service with both a quick turnaround and timely updates throughout. But Mercedes provide a new bottle of washer fluid after each service and complimentary annual breakdown cover. Come on BMW.
