Sales staff were very good, prepared a good deal, valued my business. But on collection I had to wait 90mins for the car to be ready. There was a scratch on the interior trim and air con didn't work, so back in garage after only 10 days.

I was very disappointed to find out the centre had fitted an incorrect tyre replacement which was too big for my vehicle. It took me driving the vehicle to realise This very dangerous error as the tyre was rubbing.

Lack of coordination between the person we booked and the one who took over. Very slow (2+ hours for a simple MOT). They even forgot to replace the remote control battery. Not impressed.

I was not given a bmw loan car as i expected. The car was not ready for collection, the repair was not done properly and the car had to go back in the workshop resulting in further delay and waiting time. I requested no car wash but still was washed.

After 2 unsatisfactory conversations with 'Customer Support' to arrange an airbag recall i finally was helped by Sam and Linda at Park Royal who were great. Also the guy that picked up and returned my car was punctual and nice.

BMW are far too focused on Internet / video recording. The ability to get through online is dismal, frustrating to ever get to speak to a person. Your desire to use only the APP to contact customers is useless for customers whose IPhone is American.

As always, great. I just wish there was an option for a loaner car. For me, being without my car for almost 5 days was too much, and I had to rent a temporary car. I'm not sure if BMW offers that, but I was never offered one.

My car was in pristine condition when I brought it in. When I collected it, the front bumper was scratched, the car was dirty and the yellow plastic sheets had been left inside the vehicle. It was quite a shock to see it.

Our experience has been and continues to be exceptionally poor. Our car was kept for over 6 weeks, we were promised regular updates which we had to chase, we have our car back now with damage which we believe was caused when the car was with BMW.

Informed I should come and collect car. Arrived at Park Royal (45 min journey). Told on arrival the team had lost my keys. I waited for an hour and was told to go home and they would call the next day. Seems the security protocols are very lax.

Linda was amazing, she gave me updates about my car and also managed to help book in another one of my cars. I've had bad experience with BMW service reps in the past but Linda was the complete opposite.

I scored 3/5 as the service was satisfactory, but the complimentary wash and dry was below standard. The car was not properly cleaned, and the plastic seat cover was left on the driver's seat, suggesting a missed final quality check.

My car suffered damage to the rear bumper while it was undergoing the service. At the time I asked when this was going to be repaired and was told I would be contacted the next day, but this did not happen. Still no word from the Centre after 12 days
