THE MEASURES WE HAVE PUT IN PLACE
On Monday 4 January 2021, the UK Government announced a national lockdown and instructed people to stay at home to control the virus, protect the NHS and save lives.
Following UK Government guidelines, our services centres remain open during this time.
We want to make sure you know exactly what measures are in place to keep you and our staff safe. There are a number of changes as you can imagine, and we want to give you all the information you need. We have also included below a number of FAQs to help you find all the information and answers to any questions you may have.
If you have an existing booking or are due to visit us, please get in contact with the our service team prior to your visit.
Here are a number of measures that we have implemented to ensure your visit or collection is done smoothly and with ease and most importantly, safety.
We have made available a number of types of appointment for our customers to get in contact with us. We have installed a LiveChat systme across all our websites, and we also have telephone appointment systems. All of our centres are open by appointment only, so if you don't have an appointment please don't visit our sites, you will be asked to return when you have an appointment. This is to ensure we can stick within government guidelines regarding social distancing.
If your car is with us for either a service, or awaiting delivery, don't worry it's in safe hands. We have put in place measures across the business to ensure your car is kept clean and safe during its time with us. During any service work, your car will have areas covered to help prevent contamination to any surfaces, and will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised prior to your collection. We have also altered our operations to ensure the safety and cleanliness of your car while in our care.
Across all of our centres we have put in social distancing measures to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. This includes floor stickers, stickers on the windows and signage around the centre.
We ask that you ensure you read all signs and adhere to them, there are there to keep you safe. We appreciate your co-operation in adhering to these measures. If we ask you to wait, please be patient and respectful to our staff and other customers.
If you have purchased a car and are awaiting delivery, we are now operating by bookable delivery slots for our customers. We have changed the process to ensure the correct level of safety and cleanliness is adhered to. You will receive all the relevant information prior to arrival onsite. We please ask that you thoroughly read through all the information provided. We are operating on strict time scales, so please don't be upset if you miss an appointment that we have to rearrange. If you have any problems, please contact your Handover Partner as soon as you can if this may be a problem.
