Dear Customers,

On Monday 4 January 2021, the UK Government announced a national lockdown and instructed people to stay at home to control the virus, protect the NHS and save lives.

As a business we have taken the necessary steps in line with the new guidance, and we are pleased to let you know, that even though our showroom doors will close temporarily, our business will very much continue to operate.


Over the last 9 months we have safely handed over keys to hundreds of customers for their new vehicle via our Click & Collect service, and we wanted to make you aware just how easy it can be to get behind the wheel of your next BMW.

Whilst spending more time at home, you can hop online to our website and select, reserve and finance your brand new BMW. We have our full range of offers available across our range, and you can meet with one of our sales team virtually, either via video call or telephone to discuss your perfect BMW.  From there it is simply the case of funding the vehicle and then confirming a date for collection. If you can't make it to our showroom, don't worry, we also have a direct delivery option available so it can arrive at your door, no fuss. We can also offer a handover appointment, so we can go through the main controls and the basics of your new car, so you feel comfortable and excited to get behind the wheel. We want to reassure you that even with the latest government guidance, our service centres at both Park Royal and Battersea will remain open. If you need a service, MOT or repair, we recommend you book your vehicle in for a visit. Even if the government announce extensions, we still suggest you carry through with your booking. We are still offering safe and secure drop off and collection of your car via our contactless self-service check in, and pride ourselves on keeping you and our staff safe when we have your vehicle in our care. We are operating an appointment only system, so please do get in touch to book your appointment time. We are open Monday to Friday, 08.00-17.00 and our Park Royal Centre is also open Saturday 08.00-16.00.

Over the past year we have worked tirelessly across all forms of our business to make sure we can offer the same level of service to our customers whether they are in our showrooms, service centres or from the comfort of your home. I’d like to thank our staff for their efforts and hard work to ensure we continue to offer this service to our customers.

Since March 2020 we have safely handed over hundreds of vehicles in a secure manner, and as we continue to adapt to our changing circumstances, one thing remains consistent, our belief that we can continue to serve our customers safely and securely, and that we are here for you when you need us.
