Just wished I could have reached my Nine Elms branch every time I called without having to reach the switch board first to be directed.

Not that I was looking for a reason to complain, but they completed the service in good time, called me to advise & the car was available as soon as I arrived to collect. All the staff were courteous & approachable.

Very happy with the actual job and the people I dealt with. Slight hiccup was I asked for a quote on an enhancement (new discs) when checking in but this was missed.I also was told to get an mot from dealer I bought the car from but it wasn't due!!

Everything was done as expected and the car cleaned
Fixed everything and in a timely manner. The car was returned in a very clean state.
To be clear, I did not have a service as planned, due to a fault with the car.
Download the app to keep me updated. The first stages were ok but then it stopped being updated after I received a call and had to chase via e-mail to find out when my car would be ready and for a condition report I was told would be emailed to me.
Would have been completely satisfied if the car had been washed and valeted as promised!

Spent two hours in Kwuk Fit the next day. Tracking was completely out, they discovered the steering light was on under the bonnet and the sensor had been dislodged, I put it in for a MOT and unmentioned was that one of the rear tyres needed changing

The problem was a malfunction of a parking sensor which was resolved under warranty. The extra service was fetching and delivering the car from and to our home while we were abroad so that it was ready for us on our return.
Everything went very smoothly with polite and courteous service
Very poor communication. No update about progress. Despite repeated calls I was never connected to anyone who knew status. Failed to solve problem engine light was still on after paying £500 and waiting two days.
Same as previous. Two areas that could be improved: (1) I think the carpets in the car were vacuum cleaned, which is helpful. It would have been nice if they did the boot as well. (2) It would be useful if the shuttle also went to local rail stations
Attentive staff, fast service. Great to have been given an actual time slot and for the service to have been completed while I waited.

My visit to BMW Battersea went smoothly [23/08/2017]. Easy to park. No waiting to be served. Polite staff. Clean car afterwards. Also (for me) Battersea is a convenient location.[Note: my experience with BMW Sales, Park Lane, Mayfair, not so good.]
Along with the service I had the satnav updated; the car was returned to me with the satnav not working (on the eve of a bank holiday weekend!). Abby Strawson is truly wonderful and got it sorted as soon as possible.
Everything was ok until I went home and realise water was not coming out from the washes to clean the front windscreen, I called Bmw they told me it might be blocked it will cost £180. that is CHEAP?

My car was damaged by BMW. Repairs were implemented including bodywork defects not covered by warranty (but which I though should have been) after I raised the matter with BMW senior management. I appreciate the gesture of goodwill made to resolve.
Service was good but had to wait 40 minutes for car to be handed over on pick up despite being telephoned two hours earlier to say car was ready. This happened at the service before as well.
The service was comprehensive and the member of staff I spoke to was very nice

As above. I had to push to get it done on time without which it would have taken at least a day longer when I had to get the car back.
Now a charge for collecting the car, car wasn't cleaned properly inside and the outside was covered in watermarks. Last year had regular phone calls and was emailed a health check. This year I had no communication about the service.

I don't appreciate the up selling when dropping the car. Air con refresh and fuel additive, if it were reallly needed then it would be a part of the service requirements.

Excellent generally, I think that the cost of the air conditioning service and fuel additive for which I was charged should have been included as part of the service.
Special mention to Mr Kosh Mehta who dealt with the problems in a very professional , courteous and efficient manner . I really felt valued as a customer by his attitude but also by the way I was dealt with by the managers I spoke to .
My recent visit was an MOT so it was okay to just wait while it was done. Usually it costs £10 to have the car dropped off / picked up. For a major service, which already costs nearly £400, I'd have expected the drop off / pickup would be included.
Convenience and ease of access for SW1, with a lift to Vauxhall and frequent buses for my return to pick up the car.
Work was carried out on the same day and I received a lovely courtesy car to drive.

Service OK, very pricey for oil change. Could barely tell car had been washed, looked like it was just a light rinse at best
Very satisfied with the experience. The only downside was that the systems were down on the day of collection, which hampered the experience slightly, however this was obviously an unforeseen circumstance that could not have been avoided.
The experience with BMW center was OK, nothing special, but I was looked after.

Each step and process was detailed and outlined clearly. I had constant updates about what was happening and the general phone call too.
The sales representative who met with me Mr J.Mcgloin was very helpful and patient in answering all the questions. He gave me honest answer on all my questions and concerns and helped me choose the BMW I desired.
The handover was smooth and easy but a few niggles with the entertainment system emerged (and have still not been fully resolved). Specifically:I wanted to transfer the music from the hard drive of my old (5-series BMW) car ... more space needed....
