Not quite 5 star service. Received a courteous welcome and invited to grab a coffee etc but no one approached me after that until I went back to desk after some 25 minutes on my own initiative. Felt I had been forgotten !
It felt rushed and explanation of works was not entirely clear
Well looked after, kept in the picture, necessary servicing identified and carried out. Like travelling business class
1. During booking, I was advised the service will include software check and update. But on arrival that changed to visual inspection only.2. I was unsure about my engine sound and wanted to compare another M3 in car park. advised not possible.
The only issue was the oil cover flap being left open and the inconvenience of getting the car delivered back I left work early in the end because there were no delivery slots after 5 or so.
Able to wait. Engineer sent video of underside. Work done fully explained. Abby Strawson is just the best service consultant. Hope you pay her well!

The whole experience is very easy, the staff are attentive and I feel valued as a customer.The only drawback is getting the car to nine elms, which being in the middle of a construction blitz meant very slow traffic

I had my car in for an MOT, and 3 of my tyres were faulty. Instead of just telling me your representative brought me in to the garage to see for myself. Very comforting for someone who doesn't necessarily know much about cars to be able to see it

Consistent excellent service
It would have been higher if the 3rd party supplier hadn't let us all down. Your staff had to stay late on a Friday and I was stressed as I needed my car for the Saturday morning. They should have offered a discount as a gesture of goodwill.
You gave me back a car that was leaking diesel from the engine, damaged my vehicle and all the other issues alongside it.
The team kept me informed on a daily basis on the progress of my car. Plus my car was delivered to my home once repairs completed

Friendly, easy to book and swift. I didn't think it was overly expensive either.
I wasn't in their booking system, so was kept hanging around for an age while they worked out what to do with me. The receptionist made it appear that it was my fault despite emails to confirm I was due that day. The car was then returned damaged

It is a very expensive way to get a car services.
From the moment I arrived the service has been first class, made to feel welcome and felt safe enough to ask any question. Special thanks goes to Holly Jackson at Park Lane who has provided a faultless service.
I must have had at least five conversations with separate people about what I wanted. Even then this was not communicated to the service department. Then I had to explain it to the service department at least three times.

Car was to be ready same day but wasn't since parts that were apparently in stock couldn't be found. Was requested to wait till next day to be told that the "other" branch showing stock also couldn't find the items. This is very poor.
contd. 1) I was unaware that a fault in the engine restart was abnormal and in fact dangerous from the time of first driving the car away after purchase. My husband pointed this out to me when he first drove the car on 23 Dec on his return to the UK.
Accessible staff, courteous, car came back valetted
Gave my car to service. Engine noise was pointed out by me. Car was serviced and engine was supposed to be fixed but when I picked up the car the noise was still there. I made a journey to pick up the car for nothIng. Communication was not proactive

Linda was attentive, a good communicator and kept her word! The dealership is smart, clean, obviously well run and clearly takes a genuine interest in customer goodwill.
Very courteous; clear explanations
The service element was great, the only hesitation I have was that a brake dust and de-glaze was more expensive than I was expecting. Other than that, everything was fine.

Jordan McGloin was impressive. He understood my requirements, was not pushy, was responsive, did not over complicate matters and continued to be supportive and responsive after the sale was made. The pick up was reasonably fast and effective.
